From your WordPress back-end click on “YourPlugins > WooCommerce Conditional Cart Notices” 2. Click on “New Notice” and type in a “Name” 3. It does the job it needs to do with no strings or faff or worthless options. As a free plugin compared to Woocommernce's own PAID offering it does the job on the tin, works well, displays well and has a good array of options attached to get it going.
