Do not make the same mistake as I did by buying their plugin. The client support is non existent, their “30-days money back guarantee” is a pure scam as they’re not bothering to answer client requests. Save you money by staying away from this company’s plugins…

Asking for refund since cannot meet my exception, they just simply ignore me either email or online form. If they never honour their 1 month refund guarantee and even never respond customer, we should avoid to purchase any products from Imaginate Solutions.

The plugin is exactly what I have been looking for and I came upon one little error – pdf files show a broken image instead of a thumbnail upon upload. Unfortunately customer service has not responded after submitting a ticket and contacting them directly on their site.

The plugin does not work as you expected at all. After some very late emails they refunded my money back.

I am very happy with the plugin and how effortlessly it fit in with my needs.I had varying degrees of responsiveness in support but ultimately the developers are knowledgeable and willing to assist!
